Musang gilerr!!

What's with me and crazy people???? My officer who collapsed in court 2 weeks ago had chest pain in court this morning. She really needs to have a full medical check-up. Bahaya betoll.... I don't want any officer getting a stroke in my watch... walaupun penyakitnya bermula sebelom aku datang..

Thing is... now i have to take over her murder case tomorrow and next day... and guess what? Crazy accused again!! mannn....!! Tak tido lagi la malam ni nak baca fail.... its been really crazy coming back with this KPI thing by the Chief Justice!! Kejar KPI sampai tak der perasaan, tak der pertimbangan langsung!!

Aku dah stress mula la... MAKAn!!!.. Balik court sempat singgah mini market carik bende nak dimakan. And this blog will be updated selalu coz i need to be SANE!!! Arrgghh!!

Terpaksa la ku pendam cita2 nak carik MC untuk balik raya ..sob...sob...

i suffered chest pain last monday too and the doctor said that it was part of anxiety attack.Anxiety attack boleh dikawal dengan syarat mesti tukar gaya kita menangani stress.Hmmm...macamler senang nak control...

There is a way, and its different for everybody... To start -

a) know what stresses u - not work yer.. but what about the work that cause u stress? eg. draf kontrak hancur/user degil/pero lalang (hehe)/kontraktor or seller ketegag..

b) identify what is in ur control and what isn't - eg. what user/pero/kontraktor wants is not in ur control... BUT!!! what they CAN HAVE.. is in ur control.. so.. they can ask anything but u dont have to give everything to them... UNLESS...policy... if its policy, then its not ur problem..

c) leave work at the office .. yea right :( ... but if u have to bring work home.. only bring what u know u can look at sahaja... no use memenatkan bahu bwk fail balik tapi takkan buat....

d) kalau stress sgt... stop and leave ur desk for a minute... drink coffee, makan ke.. kuar driving.. clear ur head... then baru tgk mende tu lagi..... kalau u ada masa la.. hehe..

e) bincang masalah dgn kawan atau tanya boss...

u also need something yg boleh cepat menenangkan/menurunkan ur heart beat - knitting/jahit manik/zikir - any activity yang berulang dan constant..

"no use memenatkan bahu bwk fail balik tapi takkan buat"..hahaha!i did that puan!bawa file banyak giler dengan harapan nak siapkan masa cuti but at the end, buat satu file jer!hmm,seriously memang nak belajar jahit manik so boleh lupakan seketika problems,huhuhu!Wow,thanks a lot for the advice and motivation puan!I want to live healthy and happy so i will try to follow your guide!

puan..tak sempat nak menuntut ilmu jahit benang kat tudung or baju jadi roses tu kat puan...mcmana ni? hehhe..nak sgt belajar...anyway, kad dh dpt ke belum?
